1. Free Freight Shipping & Liftgate Assistance

All machinery and equipment qualify for 100% Free Freight Shipping nationwide within the contiguous United States. For heavy pallets and crated equipment (such as car lifts, ride mowers, and pinball cabinets), delivery includes curbside service with hydraulic liftgate assistance at no additional cost.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Order Processing & Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday – Friday).
  • Freight Transit Time: 3 to 7 business days (Monday – Friday).
  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM EST (Monday – Friday).
  • Dispatch Notification: Tracking numbers and carrier dispatch details are emailed within 24–48 hours of shipment.

3. Delivery Scheduling & Receipt Inspection

Prior to delivery, the local freight carrier will contact you by phone to schedule a dedicated delivery appointment window. An adult (18+) must be present to inspect the delivery.

Please inspect the crate or pallet upon arrival and note any visible carton damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL) prior to signing.
